📝 TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply to all events promoted, created, or managed by NYX Society in partnership with Kilikood Events. By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to the following:

🔞 1. Age Restriction

• This is a 19+ event.

• A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at entry.

• Entry will be denied without proper ID. No refunds will be issued for non-compliance.

🎟️ 2. Ticketing & Refund Policy

• Tickets are sold exclusively through Kilikood. Their terms also apply.

• All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

• No ticket transfers or name changes permitted.

• Resale or promotional use of tickets without permission is strictly prohibited.

📅 3. Event Changes & Cancellations
We reserve the right to:

• Modify lineup, venue, date, or schedule without prior notice.

• Cancel/postpone events due to factors like weather, health advisories, or venue issues.

📍 4. Venue & Guest Conduct

• Our events are hosted in collaboration with venues such as Kalahari Bar and Lounge, Saskatoon.

• Venue staff and NYX Society reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests for intoxication, harassment, or unsafe/inappropriate behaviour.

• While there’s no strict dress code, respectful attire is encouraged.

• Security checks may occur upon entry.

📸 5. Photography & Media

• By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded.

• Media may be used for promotional and commercial purposes.

• If you prefer not to be recorded, notify staff or the photographer at the event.

⚠️ 6. Liability Disclaimer

• Guests assume full responsibility for their participation.

• NYX Society, venue partners, and ticket organizers are not responsible for injury, loss, theft, or damage.

• Guests are fully responsible for their own safety and belongings.

🍸 7. Alcohol & Substance Policy

• All alcohol is served under venue licensing.

• No illegal substances are allowed—violators may be removed or reported.

• NYX Society is not liable for substance-related consequences.

• While we strive for inclusivity, full accessibility cannot be guaranteed at all venues.

• Only essential data is collected for ticketing/event coordination.

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law or handled by our ticketing partner, Kilikood.

• Some services (e.g. ticketing, payment processing) are managed by third parties. Their policies and terms apply alongside ours.

⚖️ 11. Governing Law

• All terms are governed under the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.

• Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Saskatchewan courts.
